SealBoss 1500 Hot Shot
SealBoss® 1500 WaterStopFoam is a hydrophobic, wateractivated (hydro-active), water cut-off grout and foam seal
grout based on a phthalate free, MDI polyurethane. The product is 100% solvent free, 100% solids two component
formulation to be mixed at a 1:1 ration by volume. Upon contact with water SealBoss® 1500 WaterStopFoam reacts
to a semi flexible foam while expanding its volume 30 to 40 times. The cured material is of a constant volume. Since water is not a component of the foam structure, the cured material is essentially not effected by water or dryness. The reacted material essentially does not shrink or swell. The advanced 1:1 formulation of the product results in a very dense, closed cell structure when injected under pressure. Very low counter pressure will result in a less rigid more expanded product. For best waterproofing results a closed cell structure is desired.
