Fritz-Pak Air Minus
Fritz-Pak Air-Minus is a dry powdered air-detraining admixture formulated to reduce the amount of air entrained in concrete and cement-based materials. It is recommended for high strength grouts, high-density concrete, and high strength concrete and can also be used in small precast concrete pieces or statuary. Air-Minus is can also be used to counteract the air entrainment caused by water reducers and plasticizers. For high-density or high-strength concrete, it is best used when added at the plant but it can also be added at the job site if used with precision to reduce over-entrained concrete.
Fritz-Pak Air Plus
Fritz-Pak Air Plus is a dry powdered air-entraining admixture, packaged in a patented water-soluble bag. It is recommended for all types of air-entrained concrete when an increase in the air content is necessary. It is compatible with all standard concrete admixtures. When used for small corrections (0.5 -1.0%) of air content, it is best to use at a rate of one bag per truckload of concrete. For larger corrections, consider using our Super Air Plus.
Fritz-Pak Control Finish
Fritz-Pak Control Finish is a dry powdered, flatwork, and concrete finishing aid, packaged in an easy-to-use water-soluble pack that allows for easy preparation of solutions at the Jobsite. Control Finish improves concrete surface finishing characteristics without re-tempering with water, thus avoiding many common surface problems such as plastic shrinkage cracks, dusting, cracking, and crazing. Sprayed on lightly and troweled in, Control Finish produces a high-quality surface that is easy to finish and extremely durable. Makes stamping and addition of color hardeners much easier. Packaged in two twin inner packs in each printed bag. The contents of one full bag of Control Finish make a solution that will cover approximately 1,000 square feet (100 square meters).
Fritz-Pack Mini Delayed Set
Fritz-Pak Mini Delayed Set is a dry powdered set retarder, packaged in a ready-to-use water-soluble bag. This product is designed for stabilizing residual concrete wash water or extending the setting time of concrete while improving concrete quality. Wash water or concrete, treated with the Mini Delayed Set, will be stabilized and may be reused after extended time periods. Concrete produced with stabilized wash water will result in performance characteristics equal to or superior to reference concrete. It not contain calcium chloride, nitrates, nitrites, or other potentially corrosive materials and is compatible with all standard concrete admixtures.
Use a small bag of delay set for emergencies, small concrete batches, concrete pump hoppers, or wash water stabilization. Normally one bag will delay the set of 1 yard of concrete for 1 hour. For wash water stabilization one bag is used for overnight stabilization.
Fritz-Pak Slick-Pak
Slick-Pak is the patented polymer-based concrete pump primer. Used worldwide, it is now the standard for priming concrete pumps. This product eliminates problems associated with the use of bentonite or similar materials for pump priming. It reduces wear on equipment when starting a job. Slick-Pak is a dry powdered concrete pump primer and pumping aid packaged in a patented, ready-to-use, water-soluble bag. It is uniquely formulated to provide the concrete pumper with a cost-effective replacement for premium-priced grout, primer slurries, or bagged cement primers. Additionally, Slick-Pak functions as a concrete pumping aid by reducing line pressure, which enables the placement of hard to pump mixes and increasing the range of pumpability. This product is also environmentally safe and compatible with all conventional concrete materials. It contains no bentonite, cementitious materials, soaps, or air-entraining agents.
Fritz-Pak Slick-Pak II
Slick-Pak II is a dry powdered concrete pumping aid packaged in a patented, ready-to-use, water-soluble bag. Slick-Pak II is uniquely formulated to provide the concrete pumper with a cost-effective method for improving the pumpability of hard to pump and harsh concrete and grout mixes. It has a similar composition as Slick-Pak but with higher amounts of thickening and lubricating agents to help in pumping harsh mixes, lean concrete, lightweight concrete, and flowable fill. It can be used as a fluid loss additive when grouting into sandy soils. Additionally, Slick-Pak II reduces line pressure, improves flow properties, and increases the rate and range of pumpability.
Slick-Pak II does not contain calcium chloride, nitrates, nitrites, or other potentially corrosive materials and is compatible with all standard concrete admixtures and is free of bentonite, cementitious materials, soaps, or air-entraining agents.
Fritz-Pak Supercizer 5
Fritz-Pak Supercizer 5 is a dry powdered admixture, packaged in a ready-to-use water-soluble bag formulated to produce stronger more durable concrete. As a superplasticizer, Supercizer 5 may be added with the normal amount of mix water to produce more flowable concrete with up to a 6-inch (15 centimeters) slump increase. When used as a high-range water reducer, this product will reduce water requirements up to 25%, increase concrete compressive strength at all ages, reduce permeability, and increase durability. Supercizer 5 does not contain calcium chloride, nitrates, nitrites, or other potentially corrosive materials and is compatible with all standard concrete admixtures.
Planibond EBA
Planibond EBA is a two-component, multipurpose, high-modulus epoxy bonding agent. Planibond EBA is nonshrink, 100%-solids and moisture-tolerant. Planibond EBA is used primarily as a bonding agent for screeds and repair mortars.
Mapei Planibond 3C
Planibond 3C is a three-component, cementitious, moisture-tolerant, epoxymodified
corrosion inhibitor and bonding agent. Water-based and solvent-free,
it can be applied using a brush, a short-nap roller, a push broom or hopper
spray equipment. Use Planibond 3C on all exposed reinforcing steel and as
a bonding agent before the placement of repair products.
HBS Concrete Bonder Type I
CSI Concrete Bonder Type I is a ready to use, film forming, reemulsifiable liquid bonding agent and polymer modifier for concrete. It is designed to improve the adhesive and physical properties of
most cementitious materials. Its blend of polymers provides optimum strength as a bonding agent or admixture for concrete repair, leveling, grouts, thin sets and mortar beds or rubbing applications. It may be used interior or exterior, as well as below or above grade. It is can be used as wet-on-wet or wet-on-dry because it does re-emulsify after drying when used as a bonding agent for cement based applications.
P-100 Bonding Primer
P-100 is a ready to use, film forming, one-time reemulsifiable liquid bonding agent and polymer modifier for concrete. (VOC Compliant) This material, based on a new technology, gives outstanding surface and integral bonding without moisture sensitivity. It may be used inside or outside.
